How BPO is broken and how BPaaS can help

New tools and technologies are revealing previously unknown opportunities and risks in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). At the same time, Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) is a rapidly growing market that will soon hit 50 Billion according to leading analysts. However, BPaaS risks becoming just marketing spin on BPO. As the Chair of the IAOP Cloud Computing chapter, Arijit has been uniquely positioned to observe these two markets. Moreover, in just the last year he has been granted seven patents related to BPO and BPaaS. This session will reveal key BPO inhibitors that most people do not know; as well as a model for successful BPaaS that could address these inhibitors.
